A simplistic database that will cover basic needs is currently available. A more comprehensive system is being designed and will be available in the future.

The database can only store one URL (i.e., a link to a document, if you have documents stored online) and one email, but the rest of the fields are limitless. The fields in the sample are demonstrations only and can be changed to your specifications. If you would like a simple database, one can be programmed for you with the fields that you instruct. The demonstration version does not require administrative approval of new users; however, the script can be programmed so that you have complete control over who is permitted to add, edit or delete entries in the database.

The database is hosted on the LegalTech site at $3.50 per month. Your entries are stored in a flat text file that can be imported in your office's spreadsheet programs.
