Aschauer Construction, Inc. This is a "brochure" type of web site based upon the construction company's design plans brochure, using their existing images and color scheme. This site is being updated with more current information. Online Bankruptcy Filings This is a simple little site that has generated the nation's #1 affiliate sales in American Bankruptcy Attorney software. "Raiza Créme" "Raiza Créme" was a start-up company that had some trouble. Its distributors needed web sites, and LegalTech prepared affordable templates for the distributors. MyAngelSkin.com is one of the few distributor web sites who are still in business. Pueblo Southwest This site was already constructed. We added a shopping cart and helped the owners understand how to install the cart on their new products. We also increased the web site's traffic a hundredfold. Realty 100 the Show Low Group This site was built from the ground up, and included creating a logo, color scheme, etc. The site includes its own Realtor program (the agents can upload their own photos and info) and a framed link to the MLS. It is content rich for search engine purposes. The domain name is ArizonaMountain Property.com, which redirects to the main site. "Water Tools" Promotional Site This is a promotional site for an upcoming affiliate program. The front page deploys a small, attention-grabbing flash program. Western-Water This is pet project created to make life a easier for people interested in water issues to fine relevant material. The backend contains protected databases that are not accessible to the public. I programmed a number of online water calculators that appear to be the only ones available online. These calculators bring a good 5-6 unique visitors per hour off of the major search engines. The site itself receives approximately 7000 unique visitors per month (about half a million hits), and 49% of those visitors have bookmarked the site, even though it is nowhere near complete. A Note About Multi-Level Marketing Sites Self-Replicating Web Pages. Self-replicating pages can be created for affiliate programs and for multi-level marketing programs (we've done them and are familiar with the programing and work). We have no problem with creating self-replicating affiliate program sites, but are not fond of multi-level marketing programs because they appear to be pyramid schemes that sell vitamins, ebooks and other materials at an inflated price in an effort to appear legitimate. The only people who make money in MLMs are those who are "at the top." Unless you're one of the first to join (and this is usually by special invite), the matrices that promise thousands upon thousands of dollars are next to impossible to fill. Generally, online MLM programs last about two years and then they fizzle out. MLM programs are illegal in some states, so before LegalTech will create a self-replicating MLM site, you need to provide a letter from an attorney stating that MLM is legal in your state of residence and that your contemplated program will not violate the laws of states and countries outside of your state of residency.
